When running TGC 2019, You get an error message saying "Skytrak hardware provisioning error"Updated a month ago
If your Game Improvement or Play & Improve Membership expires and you are using a third party software (TGC, Perfect Golf, etc), you will receive a message stating your license has a provisional error. This simply means that your Game Improvement or Play & Improve membership requires renewal.
Logon to your SkyGolf account and check if GIP and TGC are active. If not and you purchased both, contact SkyTrak to sort this out. If both are present, try running the SkyTrak PC app and let it sync the license files with your hardware. When finished close the SkyTrak pc app and try TGC for SkyTrak again.
