Registering your SkyTrak+

The first step to using you're ST+ or ST is to register it to your account.

1. Login or create an account https://clubhouse.skytrakgolf.com/sign-up
   
   
   
   
   
2. Register your unit under My Devices. You will need the ESN (serial number) located under the barcode on the bottom of your ST+/ST unit 
    
   
   
   
3. If you purchased your membership in initial purchase and have a 9 digit it code, please go to membership>apply prepaid membership (make sure you enter the dashes). (xxx-xxx-xxx)
   
   
4. If have not yet purchased a membership, please go to membership> new purchase> select if you would like SkyTrak course play and or E6 software pack then press purchase now. (Please reach out to support if you have any questions before purchasing). 
   
   
5. If you previously owned an original SkyTrak and have upgraded to the ST+, you can register from within the SkyTrak Clubhouse as well as move over your existing memberships.

Installing and Using the SkyTrak App

Once your device is registered to your account, you are ready to install the software and begin using it!

1. Visit https://skytrakgolf.com/downloads for the installer for PC, iOS, Mac OS and Android. You can also install the software from either the App Store or Google Play Store on your mobile device.
   
   
   • Note* - 4.4.7 is for computers that do not meet the system requirements to run the new 5.1 version of SkyTrak software. 
     
     
2. Load the app (once installed) and login to your SkyTrak account.
   
   
3. Connect your SkyTrak Launch monitor to your device using one of the 3 connection methods.
   
   
   • You will need to be connected to the internet during the initial setup to sync licenses and memberships, so we recommend using either USB mode initially or getting your device connected in Network Mode.
     
     
   • If you would like to be able to charge your ST+ using USB mode, follow these directions (USB mode order of operations). If you are using Direct mode or Network mode, please use the USB C to USB C cable that came in the box.
