Sorry to hear about your Mevo+ issues.

By the sounds of it the battery of your Mevo+ has depleted past the point where it can be recharged using the Mevo+ charger, which means that it will need to be removed and boosted using a stronger battery charger.

Your options would be to:

  1. Send it back to us to charge for you
  2. Purchase your own dedicated battery charger - We use one of these https://charger.nitecore.com/product/new-i4
  3. Contact a local battery store for a boost or advice
