By the sounds of it the battery of your Mevo+ has depleted past the point where it can be recharged using the Mevo+ charger, which means that it will need to be removed and boosted using a stronger battery charger.
Your options would be to:
- Send it back to us to charge for you

- Contact a local battery store for a boost or advice
